Squier by Fender Classic Vibe Precision Bass 60's, Fiesta Red
The Classic Vibe Precision Bass ’60s delivers the true Precision Bass experience. Huge tone roars from its traditional split-single-coil pickup. The contoured basswood body, finished in Sonic Blue or Fiesta Red, is familiar and comfortable, and the vintage-tint gloss-maple neck has 20 vintage-style frets and a modern 9.5” radius.
With so many on offer these days, it is great to have a name you can trust. This item is certainly that and will be a perfect buy. The distributor have added some great touches and this equals great value.

Classic Vibe 60's P bass in Fiesta Red
I used to be a Squier snob, however when the Classic 50's and 60's basses came out I changed my opinion. I own one of each. I have had a Fender MIA Jazz bass and I do not claim to compare it to the American Fenders however MIM's do not have anything on this CV 60's P. Excellent feel, tone, and looks are incredibly beautiful! I had a Classic 50's Precision Fender bass in Fiesta Red and hated the color as it looked like "Hot Pink" to me, however the first time I laid eyes on this bass I fell in love with it. It was gorgeous! Then I took it down to play and was hooked.
This is the absolute best bang for the buck bass you can buy. The tuners are smooth turning, has a heavy duty bridge with brass saddles. I usually change pickups on guitars and basses (including the MIA Fender Jazz I had). The only exceptions have been a Gibson ES-137C guitar and the Classic Vibe 50's and 60's P basses I now own. That is how much I think of the tone I am getting. These are NO slouches!
Don't...

unbelievable
I seriously still can't get over the fact that Squier has produced something this nice. Fantastic bass regardless of who/where it was made. Really top quality all around. Neck is a little less beefy than I expected, which I like. Frets are small. Bridge is like the newer Fender high-mass bridges with brass saddles. Tuners are just like all other Fender bass tuners. Pickup is strong and clear. I compared this side by side to an E series P-bass (Japan, 1985), played through an Acoustic 200H/Ampeg 1x15 cab and the Squier had more presence and just as much clarity as the E series. Cosmetically, it's really nice. The fiesta red looked more pink to my eyes at first, but next to my candy apple red strat, it looks more orangy. Either way, I dig it. The neck is tinted, which is a nice touch. Poly finish on the neck is a little much for me, so I sanded the back of the neck with a fine grit sandpaper. It feels faster now. Nice rosewood fretboard. Much like the E series Fenders and Japanese...
Awesome bass
I got this bass from the local Guitar Center three months ago and I have to say that it is really an awesome instrument. I have been playing for about six years now and never thought I would buy a Squier. I have a Highway 1 jazz bass that no other bass has come close to in terms of comfort, playability, and sound until now. I really lovethe p-bass tone and I would not be able to guess that this was a squier if you covered up the word squier on the headstock. My only gripe is a minor one, I am used to the satin finish on my Highway 1 so the thicker gloss on the neck of the Squier took a little getting used to. This is an incredible bass. Compared to the cheaper Squiers this thing blows them out of the water. My dad even said I was stupid for getting a Squier, then he played it and was blown away by the quality of this fine instrument. I cannot say enough good things about this instrument. If you are going to buy a p-bass, are looking for quality at a low price, this is what you need.
